I've always said I DON'T like any kind of cheesecake but this restaurant made a believer out of me! My Daughter requested we get her a cheesecake for her 12th birthday so we got it from here... out of courtesy for my Daughter's Celebration I tried a slice of the Strawberry Cheesecake... and OH MY GOODNESS was that AMAZING! I wanted the whole cake to myself! I went from never liking cheesecake to becoming an instant fan of it! Not sure what's on their dinner menu... our cake was To-Go... but I'd definitely recommend the strawberry cheesecake for any occasion 100%

Food was amazing and dessert was excellent. We had very flaky and delicious tacos. Plus the orange chicken was very crispy but not hard. Seemed to just melt in your mouth.

I love the Cheesecake Factory. They really can't do anything wrong in my book. That said, they brought our meals at all different times, which was not the level of service I expect from a place like this. Probably just a blip though, it has never been like that when I've been there before.

Just experienced not only the best "cheesecake" I've EVER had! But some of the best service I've had in Fresno by far! Courtney W. If you ever read this, thank you so much for the incredible service! You were fast, friendly and so sweet! So I had happened to get the Lemon Meringue Cheesecake "mainly because I have a true devotion to Lemon Meringue Pie and Cheesecake" so it was nice to see what flavor could come from them being put together. You cannot go wrong! The flavors bounce back and forth and together in this harmony of deliciousness! I tried a few times to "put the fork down" to enjoy the company of my family but.. I couldn't! It was sooooo good! I do want to come back and actually try something off of the menu again, I know I know.. they can be pricey! But sometimes you just gotta splurge a little and enjoy the little extras in life. Come for the cheesecake of course! But next time.. I'm going to stay for the food!

The food was not the best. They had burned my mushrooms and over spiced it with pepper corns, along with the asparagus. The Salmon was very bland and I had to ask for lemons to make it taste better. However, the customer service from the waiter was amazing. She was very nice and funny, as well as extremely helpful. I won't go back again but the waitress I had was amazing hands down. Maybe it was just a stroke of luck that I got her as a waitress.

Excellent service! Waitress went the extra mile to make sure my meal was vegan. The impossible burger was awesome! She had them wrap it in large lettuce leaves, versus the brioche bun, and they put it all in a paper wrap. Having the tropical tiki punch was a delicious added bonus😉

Honestly you can never go wrong here. Its so good I've actually gained weight because when I had my braces they had so many options for me to choose from that wasn't going to hurt me. 90 percent of my treatment made my teeth so sore and I found that the cheesecake factory was the only place I could truly enjoy a variety of foods that I was able to eat comfortably each visit i could try something new and it never disappoints! . My favorite is herb crusted salmon with mac n cheese sometimes 😋.. although the white bread is so irresistible i broke a few too many brackets 😅 but thats besides the point. Also try mixing up your drinks with a variety of different flavors for Arnold Palmers 😋

The food was exquisite and delicious! I came here to celebrate a special occasion with my husband and ordered the vegan cob salad and it was satisfying and beautiful. The man who waited on us was so sweet and patient answering our questions.

Great environment to dine. Food tastes great but meat quality was dry even for medium rare ribeye. It's a sign of the meat being in the freezer too long. No good parking.

Absolutely delicious spot to go too. The orders are a bit pricey but everything that is served makes up for it indeed. A spot to have dinner dates, family dinners, or even a friendly get together. My recommendations, is to try the drinks and for appetizers please get the pot stickers. You will not regret!

Great cheesecake (of course), good food, but very cold restaurant. It was 62 degrees inside (or colder) and we were cold even wearing jackets. We would have be more comfortable with thermal underwear. We knew it was cold objectively because when we exited the restaurant we immediately felt warmer outside and it was 62 outside.If you find yourself at The Factory and you need to warm up, the heat in the bathrooms feels wonderful. Otherwise, dress very warmly, in multiple layers, and enjoy. It's still a nice place . . . just cold.

Went there for lunch and had Celeste as a server. She was sweet and had an over all good personality. She was quick on getting appitizers and drinks. The food was amazing as well and the cheesecake for desert. Not only did the food taste amazing but the presentation of the items that were brought out was picture worthy!

We ordered 1 small plate, 1 salad to share and 3 entrés. We were waiting more than 20minutes wondering why it took so long for an appetizer. It turned out that they brought all the food to the table at the same time. So by the time we finished the appetizer the entrées get cold. So disappointing that we had to kinda rush through and lost the appetit. Usually the server should ask whether or not we want everything to be brought at the same time.

My family and I have been going to the Cheese Cake Factory for years. I am a Salmon kind of person and I ordered the Miso Salmon. You can get it with either the white or brown rice. I always order the brown rice. I love the sauce that it comes with. A hint of sweetness. You won’t go wrong ordering this dish. The place is vibrant and very live. Staff is very friendly and the location is very clean.

Good food and service, I'd say about $20 a person. I really like the place, but sadly it not really a comfortable restaurant for more than 2 or 3 people groups. It just seems crowded when there with larger parties, but they'll best to try to accommodate you.

Always love to grab a slice of cheesecake as a sweet treat at the cheesecake factory!! During this time of quarintine it was great to get a slice of Caramel apple and pineapple upside down cheesecake with excellent customer service!! Lots of great food options as well as vegetarian dishes too!!

The food tasted great but I had a big chunk of packaging in my pasta. Considering the time we are in right now with even more safety measures needed it was a little disconcerting that someone managed to cook a chunk of paper packaging into my pasta dish. Restaurant needs to be more careful in their preparation
